SUMMARY:
We are currently recruiting for a Financial Manager to join a well-established organisation within the manufacturing / automotive sector. This is a key leadership role, suited to a commercially astute finance professional who thrives in an operational environment and enjoys full ownership of the finance function.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications and Skills Required:

BCom in Finance or a related qualification (essential).
Minimum of 5 years finance experience, with at least 3 years in a management role.
Strong background within manufacturing or automotive environments (highly advantageous).
Solid experience in forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
Exposure to Forex is a strong advantage.
Strong ERP system experience (N4 / Navision / Business Central preferred).
Proven leadership capability with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and commercially minded approach.
