Our client, a multinational leader in the aviation industry, is seeking an experienced Financial Manager to take ownership of the finance function and act as a trusted business partner to senior leadership.

Company and Job Description:
This role is ideal for a commercially astute finance professional who thrives in a regulated, fast-paced, and operationally complex industry and is ready to influence decision-making at both local and international levels. Reporting directly to senior management, the Financial Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end financial management of the business unit, ensuring financial integrity, strong governance, and strategic financial insight aligned to group objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and develop a finance team, driving high performance and accountability
Establish and maintain robust financial controls, policies, and procedures
Prepare, review, and present monthly management accounts and detailed financial packs
Ensure accurate and timely reporting in line with IFRS and multinational group requirements
Drive the annual budgeting and forecasting process
Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions

Job Experience and Skills Required:).

Completed BCom Degree (Accounting or similar)
CA (SA) qualification (non-negotiable)
3–5 years post-articles experience, including proven people management experience
Exposure to a multinational, aviation, logistics, engineering, or highly regulated environment
