SUMMARY:
Are you an experienced finance professional with strong tax and legal knowledge, and leadership experience managing large teams? An office-based opportunity in Johannesburg West is available for a hands-on finance leader within the property sector.

POSITION INFO:

This role is ideal for a finance professional with strong property industry experience who thrives in a leadership position. You will oversee the finance function, manage a large team, and ensure strong financial governance while working closely with operational and executive stakeholders.

The role requires a hands-on leader who is comfortable with managing people, financial processes, and regulatory requirements within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the full finance function and financial reporting
Manage and lead a finance team of 10–15 staff members
Ensure strong tax compliance and financial governance
Oversee legal and regulatory financial aspects
Provide financial insights to support strategic and operational decisions

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education:
- BCom with completed SAICA articles
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ post-articles experience
- Property industry experience essential
- Previous management experience overseeing large teams
Skills:
- Strong tax knowledge
- Understanding of legal and regulatory financial frameworks
- Strong leadership and team management ability
- Hands-on operational finance experience
Non-negotiables:
