POSITION INFO:
In high-performing environments, finance leaders are expected to do more than report - they drive standards, structure, and strategic direction. A well-established organisation is seeking a Financial Manager to take ownership of the full finance function and lead from the front.

Based in Parktown, this role is suited to a technically strong and detail-oriented CA(SA) who comes from a top academic background and thrives in a performance-driven environment. You’ll be responsible for ensuring financial integrity, driving reporting excellence, and supporting key business decisions at a senior level.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing the full finance function across the business
Preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts and financial reports
Overseeing financial statements and reporting in line with IFRS
Leading budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Ensuring strong financial controls and compliance
Managing cash flow and financial planning
Supporting audit processes and stakeholder engagement
Providing strategic financial insights to leadership

Job Experience and Skills Required:

CA(SA) qualification (essential)
Minimum 4+ years’ post-articles experience
Proven experience managing the full finance function
Strong technical accounting and reporting expertise
Ability to operate in a high-performance, detail-driven environment
Excellent analytical and leadership skills
