SUMMARY:
A leading business within the Financial Services / Fintech / Telco space is seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Financial Manager to join their team in Bellville. This opportunity is ideal for a driven CA(SA) with strong commercial finance exposure and proven leadership capability.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Qualified CA(SA)
Minimum 4 years’ post-articles commercial experience
Previous management experience overseeing a team of 2–3 staff members
Strong financial reporting and analytical skills
Experience within Financial Services, Fintech, or Telecommunications advantageous
Ability to operate in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Strong stakeholder engagement and business partnering skills

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full finance function and monthly reporting process
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Analyse financial performance and provide strategic insights to management
Ensure compliance with financial controls, policies, and statutory requirements
Lead and mentor the finance team
Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
Assist with audits and regulatory reporting
Partner with leadership teams to support business growth and decision-making
