An established industry leader is seeking a commercially minded finance professional to take ownership of the full finance function and support operational decision-making across the business.

Duties:

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial statements through to Balance Sheet.
• Manage month-end and year-end reporting processes.
• Oversee general ledger reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and financial controls.
• Prepare and submit statutory returns, tax submissions, and regulatory reporting.
• Manage daily cash flow forecasting and treasury functions.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and stock rebate records.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Provide costing analysis, financial modelling, and commercial support to operational teams.
• Analyse costs, identify key cost drivers, and recommend opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax legislation, and company policies.
• Coordinate internal and external audit processes and manage audit findings.
• Drive best practice financial management and continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Support BEE and SED reporting requirements.

• Matric (Grade 12)
• BCom Degree in Finance or Accounting.

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Financial Management role.
• Previous experience within a services-based environment will be advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.
• Experience preparing financial statements and managing audit processes.
• Sound understanding of IFRS and taxation principles.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and financial analysis.
• Strong financial modelling and reporting capability.
• Experience with accounting and ERP systems.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and business communication tools.
