POSITION INFO:
A well-established business within the automotive sector is seeking a confident and hands-on Financial Manager to join its leadership team in Nelspruit. This opportunity is ideal for a finance professional who enjoys taking ownership of the full finance function, leading a team, and partnering with operational management to drive business performance. We are looking for a strong personality who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and add value beyond the numbers. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full finance function Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements Manage audits and year-end financial processes Lead and mentor the finance team Monitor internal controls and financial governance Analyse business performance and provide strategic financial insights Partner with management to support operational and commercial decision-making Minimum Requirements: BCom Accounting or equivalent qualification Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles Minimum 3 years post-articles experience Previous managerial experience Strong knowledge of the full finance function Excellent leadership and communication skills Fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans) Experience within the automotive industry or a related sector will be highly advantageous Strong commercial acumen and ability to engage with operational stakeholders
