Our client is a well-established with multiple operational properties and exciting new developments underway across the Northern Cape.

They are looking for a commercially minded Financial Manager who is eager to grow with the business and become a key strategic partner to the leadership team.

POSITION INFO:
What You'll Be Responsible For Managing the full financial function across multiple entities Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports Budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management Financial analysis and strategic decision support Statutory compliance and financial controls Liaising with auditors and external stakeholders Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes and efficiencies Supporting operational managers with financial insights Periodic travel to properties across the Northern Cape What We're Looking For â Qualified CA(SA) (essential) â Strong technical accounting and financial management skills â Commercial mindset with excellent analytical ability â Bilingual fluency is essential due to the nature of the business and stakeholder engagement â Willingness to travel to various property sites when required â A proactive individual with a willingness to learn, grow and add value If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
