POSITION INFO:
Job Description: Provide strategic financial input to support business growth and long-term planning Lead and develop the finance team while ensuring strong financial controls and governance Manage the full revenue cycle, including billing, collections, and revenue reporting Oversee monthly client billing processes and ensure compliance with contractual agreements Manage debtor collections, payment terms, account queries, and client engagement Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow requirements Drive operational budget management and cost control initiatives Oversee the financial reporting function and ensure the accuracy of financial information Ensure compliance with IFRS, the Companies Act, VAT legislation, and Income Tax requirements Prepare Annual Financial Statements and coordinate external audit processes Perform tax calculations, manage VAT submissions, and coordinate regulatory filings Monitor and maintain effective financial controls and risk management processes Skills & Experience: Minimum 3-6 years' experience in a Financial Manager role Strong financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management experience Experience managing revenue, billing, collections, and debtor functions Strong understanding of IFRS, tax legislation, and statutory compliance Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop finance teams Strong analytical, financial modelling, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels of the business Qualification: BCom \/ BAccounting OR Equivalent CA(SA) or CIMA - advantageous For more information connect with us on and Register your CV to create a profile and to view all our Financial recruitment vacancies.
