An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Finance Manager to take ownership of core finance functions while partnering with business stakeholders across the organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and continuous process improvement, while providing valuable financial insights to support business growth.

POSITION INFO:
Job Description: Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes Prepare and analyse management accounts and financial reports Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information Provide meaningful financial insights and recommendations to management Lead budgeting and forecasting processes Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts Manage cash flow planning and reporting to support business operations Conduct variance analysis and identify opportunities for improvement Ensure compliance with audit, tax, and statutory requirements Maintain and enhance financial controls and governance frameworks Drive efficiencies within finance processes and reporting structures Support external audits and regulatory reporting requirements Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business Partner with operational teams to provide financial guidance and support Assist with strategic initiatives, business planning, and decision-making Identify and implement process improvements to enhance performance and efficiency Skills & Experience: Minimum 3-4 years' experience in a Finance Manager position Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting Strong background in financial controls and compliance Experience within a fast-paced commercial environment Strong technical accounting knowledge Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong business acumen and commercial mindset Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities Ability to influence decision-making through financial insights Results-driven with strong attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Qualification: CA(SA) qualification is essential Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
