Description:

My client is looking for a top Finance Manager that can lead a team to perform to their optimal levels. This role will consist you to work independently therefor my client is looking for an hardworking candidate with discipline and ambition.

Job & Company Description:

Check quality standards and functionality of services and machines regularly
Ensure monthly reports are done and submitted on time;
Ensure that the departmental asset register is up to date;
Ensure compliance to systems, processes and controls;
Manage debtors/creditors, cash flow, accounting processes and tax processes;
Perform ad hoc administration;
Establish and manage relationships with key stakeholders;
Employee management;
Act as business partner.
Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.’
Oversee day-to-day operations
Ensure annual budget s compiled and signed off by the deadlines.
Perfom ad hoc administration
Manage the debotors and creditors, cash flow and tax process.
Manage debtors/creditors, cash flow, accounting processes and tax processes;
Perform ad hoc administration;
Establish and manage relationships with key stakeholders;
Employee management;

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Bcom Degree
Full financial function experience
