  The Role:

  Stable Consulting company is searching for a Financial Manager for their Finance team. 

   

  Skills and Experience:

  Essential Experience:

  • Min 3 years + functional related experience in reporting / management accounting and running full financial function or similar.

  Essential Qualification:

  • Degree in Finance or Accounting 

  Desirable Qualification:

  • Postgraduate degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
  Key Accountabilities:

  Essential Functions:

  • Manages staff within the accounts teams
  • Analyses costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and company''s actual performance compared to the business plans
  • Develop trends and projections for the business unit finances
  • Oversees the financial operations of the respective business unit
  • Analyses and interprets data in order to provide financial management information for decision making
  • Provides accounting and financial information and responses to Risk, Audit and other assurance providers
  • Key control / review oversight over of the payroll input (in conjunction with tax, business and the FD) for the outsourced payrolls in line with the remuneration framework
  • Prepares the weekly payments and banking input considering the cashflow forecasts / planning 
  • reviews cash receipts
  • Prepares / reviews the balance sheet recons
  • Prepares the month end pack for reporting
  • Prepares / oversees monthly tax pack, tax summary report and other regulatory reporting and submission thereof
  • Prepares / oversees and submits annual tax and regulatory submissions
  • Prepares / reviews monthly fee recon, vat recon, payroll journal and payroll recon
  • Closes the financial period or month end close and runs monthly profitability
  • Ensures effective management of the company''s financial risk profile
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of the accounting systems policies and procedure
  • Responsible for the budget preparation and reporting processes
  • Responsible for the forecasting preparation and reporting processes including cashflow forecast
  • Responsible for the management of compliance regarding reporting, auditing and regulatory processes
  • Provides input into the audit and supports AFS preparation

  • Sound knowledge of IFRS, tax and company act

  Work environment: 

  • Office and from home

  Travelling:
