A global concern in providing legal aid to its customers is looking for a Financial Manager to join their finance team.

JOB & COMPANY DESCRIPTION

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing the journals. The Financial Manager will also be responsible for preparing the monthly and yearly reports and the financial statements. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and compiling with the latest IFRS standards as well being involved with the consolidations.

EDUCATION

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:

CA (SA)

JOB EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

At least 5 years post article experience
At least 2 years’ experience in a managerial role
Working knowledge of implementing and ensuring compliance with IFRS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong people management and leadership skills
Passionate for and strong technical accounting skills
