SUMMARY:
IntelliStaff is Sourcing for a Qualified Financial Manager with International Finance Management Experience.

POSITION INFO:

Area: Krugersdorp Gauteng West

Reports to: Managing Director

Main Responsibilities

Design and execute the strategy together with the Managing Director and Management Team according to agreed objectives with the Management team
Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, cost center wise reporting
Push forward improvement programs
Assure proper Cash Planning and adequate Financing Activities incl. FX, loans
Lead the monthly and annual forecasting, budgeting and strategic planning processes
Initiate transparency for decision taking - e.g. Transparent Cost Accounting
Arrange Monthly-, Quarterly- and Yearly Closing acc. to SA GAAP as well as IFRS
Prepare presentations and present for board meeting on financial figures.
Take care of fulfillment Compliance, legal affairs, Insurances, Tax
Manage HR function incl. payroll and wages
Manage IT function
Lead and finalize full annual audit in conjunction with auditors
Full involvement in stock takes activities together with Supply Chain Manager

Experience

Leadership Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance & Accounting, with CPA/CA/ACCA or similar would be an added advantage
Min. 5 + years in a similar position within industrial business environment
Strong relationship with local banks and its procedures
Deeper Knowledge in Finance and Accounting
Familiar with IFRS (and SA GAAP)
Basic knowledge in ERP Systems
Experience in internationally active companies is a plus
