SUMMARY:
A renowned entity within the property industry is looking for a top-tier financial manager to join their exciting team.

POSITION INFO:

Qualifications:

Qualified Chartered Accountant

Skills:

Minimum of 4 years of experience within the property industry
Extensive knowledge of IFRS, REIT''s, Companies'' Act, and Tax Act
Proficient in MS Office suite, Excel, Caseware, and MDA

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Assist in the preparation of the interim financial results for the Group
Compliance with tax legislation, Companies Act, IAS and IFRS, group accounting policies and governance frameworks.
Financial monitoring and reliable and trustworthy financial statements, tax compliance and the introduction of effective management accounting systems.
Conduct daily/weekly/monthly/annual cash flow planning and ensure that the group always has the necessary cash flow required.
Daily financial accounting and control management to long term compliance and financial system and process implementations.
Assist in the preparation and consolidation of Group budgets.
Ensure approved budgets are uploaded into the system.
Co-ordinate and consolidate variance reporting to budget on a monthly basis
Preparation of Annual financial statements for all subsidiaries
