SUMMARY:
Our client within the FMCG space is currently seeking a Financial Manager to join their fast growing organization.

POSITION INFO:

The Finance Manager has overall accountability for the finance function in South Africa as well as oversight of shared service delivery to offshore businesses. Cashflow management, process and procedure, value optimisation are all key aspects of the role.

Key Responsibilities

Financial leadership to the organization
Overall financial accountability incl process, procedure and control
Budgeting and forecasting
Cashflow management incl managing trade finance partners and fund flows
Financial input to commercial decision making
Monthly reporting to management and shareholders
Management of organisation IT environment
Company Secretarial (CIPC)
Transfer pricing
Insurance, incl credit insurance
Regulatory reporting (VAT, PAYE)
Procurement of key imported raw materials

Key Attributes

CA (SA) or equivalent financial qualification
Minimum 3- 5 years’ experience – preferably with a manufacturing / FMCG background
Commercial acumen
Experience handling all aspects of finance, financial reporting and management
Strong leadership skills as the role is a key leader in the business
