Job & Company Description:

My client, which is a multi-national company, is currently recruiting for a Financial Manager to join their team. They operate within the logistics industry with the opportunity based in Johannesburg East.

The successful Financial Manager must have a hands-on approach, be target driven and willing to add value to the company.

Duties:

Preparing annual financial statements and reports
Monthly VAT returns, Tax and statutory compliance
Monthly balance sheet reconciliations
Preparing annual budgets and forecasts
Cashbook processing and fixed asset register

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:

Qualified CA(SA)

Experience:

Minimum 3-4 years commercial experience required
Minimum 2 years people management experience is essential
Logistics or transport industry experience highly advantageous
