A well renowned entity in the Mining Industry is currently in the market for a Financial Manager with commercial experience. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years’ experience in the mining industry.

POSITION INFO:

A well renowned entity in the Mining Industry is currently in the market for a Financial Manager with commercial experience. The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years’ experience in the mining industry.

Qualifications and Experience:

• BCOM Hons
• 5 – 7 Years’ experience
• Mining industry experience (essential)
• Accpac ERP system (advantageous)
• Up to date with IAS and GAAP
• Staff management experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop operational functional plan aligned to the Group Functional strategy
• Execute The Group Functional conceptual framework, systems and programmes
• Implement functional and regulatory standards
• Planning and Budget
• Responsible for the generation of cost saving ideas
• Provide financial solutions to the operation
• Staff management
• Monthly payroll
• Safety health & environment
• Financial risks
