SUMMARY:
One of South Africa leading mines is currently seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to fill the available position of a Financial Manager

POSITION INFO:

Our client has been in operations for over half a century in South Africa and has expanded their operations internationally. They have employed several employees from different communities, provinces, as well as other countries. Our client is in search for an individual who is technically strong minded and who has a passion for finance and would be responsible for but not limited for the full financial function, consolidations, preparing budget reports, liaising with external auditors and supervising junior accounting staff. Duties:

Full Finance Function
Group reporting
Budgets and Forecasts
VAT and TAX
Management of group accounts
Consolidations
Systems integration & business planning
Reviewing of group annual Financial Statements

Qualification and Experience:

Qualified CA(SA)
4 – 6 years post articles experience
Must have Multinational experience
Mining experience advantageous
Good communication, interpersonal and understanding skills.

Skills:

Advanced knowledge in excel.
