Duties

Develops strategic financial targets and milestones
Produces, Interprets, Analyses & Presents Financial Reporting
Analysis of Financial results and trends to support decision making
Management of the finance department
Develops and Tracks Budgets, Forecasts and Cash Flow
Profit Optimisation and Cost saving
Participate in key decision making pertaining to strategic initiatives, operating model, and operational execution
Oversees Audits
Responsible for Financial Controls
Process Improvement
Ensures statutory compliance

Minimum Requirements:

CA SA
6 - 10 Years’ experience in Financial Management
Strategic Financial skills required
Excellent Excel Skills
Advanced knowledge of VENA/ COGNOS advantageous
Solid Understanding of IFRS reporting

We need your strong financial background to develop strategic financial direction for the various departments you will manage. Your operational business experience and ability to work “hands on” is what will get you ahead in this role. Must have experience with distribution models and management.
