POSITION INFO:

Oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts

Project management of various system implementation projects

Manage the Finance team to ensure reconciliations are completed within due dates

Liaising with external and internal auditors

Instilling the accounting discipline to process transactions timeously

Manage the development of static reports

Oversee the entire HR function for both salary and wage employees for the division

Manage and control the reporting of the work in progress per job

Oversee the monthly financial and management reporting to Head Office

Analyse financial market trends to assist Executive Management in creating strategic plans for the future

Deal in foreign exchange contracts for both imports and exports

Manage the preparation of year end working files for audit

Continuously identify and pursue opportunities to improve control procedures

Manage the preparation and submission of annual tax packs to head office

Develop and manage the annual budgets

Oversee the entire IT function within the division

Measure, control and track return on capital expenditure

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry

Strong communication skills

Detail orientated and analytical

Proactive mindset

Qualification:

CA(SA)
