SUMMARY:
A leading and energetic organization listed on the JSE, concerned within the Financial Services industry is seeking an individual who is goal orientated to fill the position of their Financial Manager.

POSITION INFO:

My client has over a century of experience in Financial Services space and is represented throughout South Africa is searching for a qualified Chartered Accountant to take on the responsibilities of a Financial Manager. You as the successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the full finance function, including IFRS 17, consolidations, and presentations as well as get operationally involved. If you are ready for a new challenge and meet the below requirements, apply now!

Duties:

Full finance function
Monthly management accounts.
Consolidations.
VAT and Tax.
Reviewing and analysis
Implement accounting systems and processes.
Budgets and forecasts.

Qualification and experience:

Qualified CA (SA)
2 - 3 years’ commercial experience
Management experience (non-negotiable)

Skills:

Advanced excel knowledge
Knowledge of IFRS 17 (highly advantageous)
