SUMMARY:
An opportunity has arisen within our black owned investment and project partnership company for a dynamic financial professional to assume the role of Group Finance Manager

POSITION INFO:

Desired qualification and experience

Grade 12
Relevant finance qualification and 3-5 years- relevant finance experience.
Articles would be an advantage
Knowledge of accounting standards, company and tax laws.
Knowledge of Pastel evolution
Knowledge of MS software’s

Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee overall financial and accounting functions of the company (s) which includes but not limited to;

Prepare/Review and distribute monthly management reports
Oversee, monitor and improve financial controls
Prepare and distribute annual financial statements
Verify, sign off and release payments on online banking system
Oversee the company compliance with company laws and regulations
Oversee to the employee taxes, income taxes and vat submissions.
Maintain and monitor the cash flows
Facilitate and manage statutory audit(s)
Provide advisory and finance support to management
Identify and organize office infrastructure and liaise with service providers.
