A multinational entity is looking for a Financial Manager to join their finance team.

JOB & COMPANY DESCRIPTION

The Financial Manager will be responsible for delivering profitability and costing review insight through analysis to support decisions pertaining to margin improvement. The successful candidate will also be responsible for the planning data content, reporting and dashboards for pricing and profitability management, designing updated to costing and profitability models to cater for changes and advising business with future-state profitability and cost model scenarios. The Financial Manager will also be responsible for providing inputs to margin improvement and decision support.

EDUCATION

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:

BCom Honors in Accounting
Completed CIMA

JOB EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

At least 5-8 years’ post article experience as a Financial Manager
Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred
Sound knowledge of the process flow within a finance department
Business report writing skills
Attention to detail
Strong numerical aptitude and analytical abilities are essential
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
