SUMMARY:
Our client based in Worcester is a top-tier agricultural company providing agricultural equipment, winery supplies and agricultural chemicals locally as well as internationally.

They currently have a vacancy for an experienced Financial Manager.

POSITION INFO:

Key performance areas are as follows:

Full accounting function and management of the day-to-day financial functions and transactions
compiling of all monthly and yearly management reports and presentations
responsible for full budgeting process
tax compliance
liaising with external auditors
internal controls testing
payroll
ad-hoc projects
debtors & creditors
statutory submissions and reconciliations

The candidate will report to the financial director and must have the following skills:

tertiary accounting qualification
completed articles
3 – 7 years comparable experience.
very strong financial accounting skills and knowledge
strong analytical and administrative abilities
must be proactive, independent and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
detailed and accurate worker
experience in agriculture, imports, retail and distribution will be advantageous

The remuneration package will commensurate with experience and qualification. Experience in the agricultural industry will be advantageous.
