SUMMARY:
A market disruptor in the Fintech space has its sight on finding an innovative Financial Manager CA(SA) - no experience required, with a go-getter attitude and to join their notable team.

POSITION INFO:
The successful individual is best described as a self-starter looking to grow their abilities and skillset. A logical problem solver who is ready to put in the groundwork for a succession plan. In addition to the normal financial responsibilities, the successful candidate will be exposed to all aspects of the business - from origination to collections, from product planning to understanding software development.

Functions and Responsibilities:

Day to day review of Bank reconciliations and Creditors payments.
Month-end process review function.
Daily system to GL review function.
Reporting (Board/Exco)
All tax functions (VAT and Income tax)
Running the external audit.
Ad-hoc tasks relating to Finance.
Entire month-end close process for asset finance general ledger.
Reporting (Board/Financial Committee/Exco)Assisting Operations with Financial Acumen.
Problem solving and planning for future development to make processes and the loan management system more efficient.
Assisting with UAT for roll out of new developments.
Running any external audit/internal audit requirements from the Bank.

Requirements:
CA(SA) Articles
Financial Management understanding, knowledge and background
B Degree - Finance related
