SUMMARY:
Financial Manager role for a new business belonging to an existing Group of companies. Focus is to maintain and develop a robust financial and internal control structure. This role requires an individual who enjoys strategy and operations.

POSITION INFO:

Job Description:

You will need to insure complete and accurate financial and operational accounting. Assume overall responsibility for the financial control environment. Manage expenses within budget. Monthly management reporting. Continuous improvement and automisation of finance process. This role requires someone both technically and operationally strong. You will be responsible for the day to day setting up and running of the finance department.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

CA(SA) / CIMA
At least five years post article experience
People management skill
Commercial acumen
Business Accumen
Knowledge of SA tax
Governance - Implementation and adherence to overseeing the adherence to all group policies and proceedure
Telecommunication experience is a plus
Proven track record
