POSITION INFO:

A market leader, who has been in operations for more than 2 decades concerned within the Property industry is current seeking to recruit a qualified Chartered Accountant to take on the available position of the Financial Manager. The successful incumbent will be responsible for but not limited to all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures. Duties:

Full Finance Function
Annual financial statements
Budgets and Forecasts
Reconciliation
VAT and Tax
Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.
Consolidations
Intercompany accounts

Qualification and Experience:

Qualified CA(SA)
3 – 5 years post articles experience
Must have management experience
Must have prior experience within the Property

Skills:

Advanced Excel Knowledge
IFRS 16
