FINANCIAL MANAGER

Introduction
An EdTech, FinTech company with offices located in Pretoria and Stellenbosch is seeking to employ a driven Financial Manager with at least 5 - 7 years experience to become an integral part of the company’s management team.

Job Purpose
• Manage the full accounting function.
• Implement analytics and reporting metrics.
• Ensure compliance to relevant regulations.
• Facilitate accurate, timeous and robust reporting to management and board on financial standing and compliance.
• Manage BBBEE administration.
• Manage office administration.

Requirements
Minimum education (essential)
BCom Accounting Degree

Minimum education (desirable)
BCom Accounting Hons Degree
CA/CIMA Registration

Plan and manage annual audits.
Conduct all tax calculations and submissions.
Ensure compliance with company legislation.

Improve and maintain internal procurement process.
Manage creditor payments.

Improve and maintain billing process.
Improve and maintain debt collection process.
Improve and monitor debtor management.
Ensure appropriate provision methodology.

Risk Management 1%
Implement and maintain a companywide risk register.
Provide monthly reporting on all risks.

Drive and maintain operational involvement with new and existing partners for finance and billing.

Salary Offered
R 80 000 - R 95 000 (Negotiable)
