 Job Description:

• Produce and use financial and support information to inform, monitor and give input to operational activities to meet business objectives across entities.

Individual Outputs:

• Produce management accounts.
• Provide business partner support and advice during annual budget process and ongoing during FY
• Cash flow managed
• Finalises financial statements
• Provide advice and guidance.
  • Assist the management team in understanding the insight provided by financial data and information and to use the information meaningfully.
  • Stay abreast of regulation and compliance changes and informs and implements changes into certain processes.
  • Ensures data policies and data retention policies are adhered to.
  • Provide input into process improvement and development.
• Optimise foreign country transactions
  • Gives input into pre-empting exchange rate movements through timely interventions
  • Optimizes purchases and sales and cash flow through forex transactions
  • Mitigate risks of loses and high fees
  • Forex review report
  • Management accounts

 Accountable for work of others:

• Ongoing review and monitoring of work performed
  • Due diligence checks performed on new suppliers and customers with payment assurances and credit insurance obtained

  Management and leadership outputs:

• Management and control of processes, standards, information and systems

• Consistently applied operational and company policies, processes and procedures across area of responsibility.
  • Is aware of all operational, governance, ISO and HR policies
• Performance management
• Provides direction and direct reports
• Staff resource (capacity) management and planning (day to day management)
