SUMMARY:
An exciting opportunity to join the highly sought-after FinTech industry! This position requires a dynamic individual who can be instrumental in strengthening the accounting function by improving control processes.

POSITION INFO:

Financial reporting, including consolidations

Oversee annual audits

Responsible for annual budgeting process

Statutory and compliance reporting

Review and improve finance processes

Cash flow management & forecasting

Maintain foreign exchange control compliance

Hire, manage, train, and motivate a high-performance

Financial modelling and profit analysis

Building financial models for leverage and forecasting

Skills & Experience:

Working knowledge of IFRS

Minimum of 5 to 10 years commercial and leadership experience required

Good finance systems and Excel skills

Self-starter who demonstrates critical thinking

Qualification:

CA(SA) / CIMA qualified
