SUMMARY:
A market leader in the construction and engineering sector is currently in the market for a qualified Chartered Accountant to take up a role as a Financial Manager. The ideal candidate must have consolidations experience.

POSITION INFO:

A market leader in the construction and engineering sector is currently in the market for a qualified Chartered Accountant to take up a role as a Financial Manager. The ideal candidate must have consolidations experience.

Qualifications and Experience:

• CA(SA)
• 6-8 Years’ experience
• Mining, Construction or Engineering industry experience
• Consolidation’s experience
• In depth knowledge of IFRS
• JDE and Hyperion ERP (beneficial)
• Staff Management
• Sound experience in Tax and relevant legislation

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing divisional reporting formats and requirements
• Reviewing monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Preparing, reviewing, and submitting monthly and quarterly financial consolidated reports
• Financial Management
• Managing the annual budget process
• Preparation of interim and year-end annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
