SUMMARY:
A company based in the food services and catering industry is looking for a Financial Manager. The ideal person must have a completed Degree (Hons would be a huge advantage) as well as about 5 years experience in a similar industry.

POSITION INFO:
Experience/ Exposure / Duties/ Requirements

Experience from an industry where the person has been in a catering/ canteen/ food/ food services (manufacturing/ FMCG) environment is what is required for this position.

The ideal candidate will be working remotely (sometimes from home and sometimes from the sites where the services are delivered from)/ hybrid work environment is applicable occasionally.

The person will be responsible for the following (included but not limited to) from a Financial Management Perspective:

- Stock
- Margins
- Cost of Sales
- Food Purchases
- (Financial) procurement
- Billing of meals (for canteen and catering services)
- Income, profit & loss
- Financial reports

All of the above in conjunction with:

- Financial reporting
- Daily support to General Manager and Units
- Budgets
- Forecast
- Stock Management
- Daily Reporting
- Fixed Asset Management
- Payroll
- Insurance
- Approve spend
- Cost Management
- Liaison with External Parties
- Staff Management
