SUMMARY:
A well established entity with a variety of products and services specifically in Automotive and logistics are on the hunt for a Financial Manager. This individual must come from a automotive/dealership background. The company has strong values and require a dynamic individual to form part of their vibrant culture, leading and growing within the role.

POSITION INFO:
Education:

Completed BCom Accountancy degree
Qualified CA(SA) would be advantageous

Requirements:

2-5 years’ experience within a finance position if a Chartered Accountant, if not the position required 8-10 years exposure and experience.
Experience within the Automotive industry especially Dealerships is NON-NEGOTIABLE.
Strong financial reporting experience.
Proven track record meeting deadlines.
Strong Excel knowledge.
SAP experience will be advantageous.

Duties and responsibilities amongst others:

Provide and interpret financial information.
Monitor and interpret cash flows and predict future trends.
Analyse change and advise accordingly.
Formulate strategic and long-term business plans.
Research and report on factors influencing business performance.
Analyse competitors and market trends.
Develop financial management mechanisms that minimise financial risk.
Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
Overall management of the Company’s financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems.
First point of contact in liaising with internal and external auditors.
Develop external relationships with appropriate contacts.
Produce accurate financial reports to specific deadlines.
Prepare budgets and forecasts to specific deadlines.
Supervise, train and develop staff.
Update changes in financial regulations and legislation and ensure that the Company is compliant.
Monitor and manage BBBEE information as provided by Procurement Co-Ordinator before submission to relevant parties.
