Our client, a leader in the manufacturing and packaging sector, seeks to employ a dynamic, organized and professional Financial Manager for one of their fast paced divisions, based in Paarl.

PLEASE NOTE THIS ROLE DOES REQUIRE OVERSEAS TRAVEL TO SUBSIDIARY BRANCHES, THEREFORE YOU WILL BE FULLY VACCINATED AND MEET THE INTERNATIONAL REGULATIONS TO CARRY OUT THESE ROLE REQUIREMENTS

You must have completed a BComm degree, coupled with 10+ years’ experience in Financial Management to Balance Sheet, to include a strong inventory and costing skills, as well as managing foreign exchange transactions, which is essential.
You will have proven experience in management account variance analysis, monthly board reporting, ensure foreign business unit compliance, manage inventory both in South Africa and in overseas entities, prepare budgets, manage fixed asset register and generate cash flow forecasts for both South Africa and overseas entities.
You will have managed a small financial team and work in a motivating and positive professional manner
A high level of proficiency in Advanced Excel and an ERP system (SAP, SYSPRO) is essential
This role requires a high energy and forward thinking manager, a problem solver and a professional able to work well in a growing a multi-functional environment
