JOB SUMMARY:
Financial Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is market leader with its Head Office in Johannesburg and operations throughout southern Africa

Key Areas of Responsibility include:

Financial reporting and analysis
Provide support and business advice to executive management
Financial feasibility studies and recommendations
Budgeting
Cash management
Identify and implement financial process improvement initiatives
Departmental management

Qualifications, Experience and Personal Attributes Required:

Minimum Financial Degree or equivalent
Certification with a reputable financial body will be advantageous
Minimum of 10 years’ total work experience
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a financial management role
Experience in working in a multi-currency environment
Experience in working with multiple entities
Ability to manage and implement financial processes, structures, and disciplines
Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
Excellent problem solving, decision making and planning skills
Quality and performance driven
Ability to work under pressure and go the extra mile
