Minimum requirements:

Matric
Bcom Accounting and Honours Degree
Qualified Chartered Accountant with 1+ years post article experience
Excellent communication skills and ability to work and communicate with people on all levels
Outgoing and positive type of person
Caseware, Sage Accounting
Working experience within the healthcare industry would be highly beneficial

Duties will be, but are not limited to:

Develop and manage the preparation of budgets and monthly financial report and provide feedback thereon to the Board of Directors and Exco team.
Perform Return on Investment calculations on new projects.
Manage the Operational and Capex budget of the firm.
Responsible for preparing annual financial statements and managing the annual audit process.
Perform annual Opco and Propco valuations.
Ensure Companies Act and King Code compliance as Company Secretary.
Manage resolutions and minutes of Board meetings.
Monitor, manage and improve the asset register.
Ensure that proper financial controls are in place and identify and improve on any weaknesses.
Build relationships and liaise with various stakeholders
Responsible for the IT function and digitalisation strategy of the firm
Responsible for the telecommunications function of the firm.
Ensure deadline compliance for VAT and Tax purposes.
Review monthly creditors and ensure timeous payments.
Ensure timeous collection of outstanding monies, including revenue and rental income.
Review all Service level agreements and contracts for the firm and ensure proper recordkeeping of the the firm
Responsible for the telecommunications function of the firm.
