JOB DESCRIPTION:

Looking for a Financial Manager professional who will be responsible for the financial health of the GCISS deparment. To create accurate data analysis and advise senior management on profit-maximizing ideas to ensure long-term success

Formal Education:

Grade 12
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance or accounting

Experience:

Minimum of 8 years‘ finance and / or accounting experience in the ICT environment

Other Requirements:

Clear Criminal Record
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all levels

Responsibilities:

Company tax, VAT and PAYE
Provide advisory service and add value to optimise business profitability and turnover
Optimise working capital
Identification of business risks with potential financial implication
Produce timely and accurate financial and operational reporting and analysis that provides actionable insights to the business
Full cycle operational and financial planning and forecast management including income statement, balance sheet and cash flow
Cost allocations – allocate non people cost to correct environments
Collaboration between financial managers from various environments
Contribute towards and Adherence to business processes.
Drive improvements of processes, systems and reporting to provide more transparency and visibility into current and future financial results
Effectively manage monthly forecasting process within timelines and required quality of output
Effectively manage annual budget process within timelines and required quality of output
Responsible for successful month end closures including effective interim and year end audits with unqualified audit reports
