JOB SUMMARY:
A well reputed company in the environmental solutions space is looking to onboard a Financial Manager to ensure that the organisation maintains a competitive edge by maintaining efficacy within the financial department through exceptional leadership.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications/Experience:

Registered CA(SA)
4 -7 years’ experience as Financial Manager/similar role
Multinational organizational experience (annual turnover > R1 Billion)
Experience in dealing with Bonds and Guarantees in a tendering environment
Payroll package experience would be beneficial
Experience in reconciling loan accounts in different reporting currencies
Experience in dealing with SARS Income tax and VAT audits

Job duties & Skills

Adequate staffing of the finance division
- Ensure efficacy within financial department
- Reviewing the work done by the accountant and other members involved in financial reporting
- Reviewing monthly and annual journals
- Analytical review of financial reports
- Continuously improving internal control procedures
- Continuously monitoring the risk assessment with the CFO
- Review of the monthly and annual accounting packs
