JOB DESCRIPTION:

Description:
This is a large integrated group and they manage the entire value chain of their industry market. They are looking for a detail oriented, driven and innovative individual. This is a brilliant opportunity for a CA(SA) who is good at inter-group operations and has worked in a large integrated company.

This role is ideally suitable for a senior candidate with a strong operational background who is knowledgeable about costs drivers in the operations sector. The incumbent for the role will be responsible for operational management, strategic support, inventory management and people management. This role involves travel to the different sites across the country on a regular basis.

As a Financial Manager you will be responsible for:

Reporting
People management
Profitability analysis
Margin analysis, Insurance and Capex
Management of the day-to-day functioning of the ERP system
New business and long-term plans of the processing operations
Ensure inventory is managed and accurate records are maintained
Investigating, recommending, and introducing improvements
Implementation of group IT strategy and support with the development thereof
Build and develop relationships with finance team of group companies

Job Experience and Skills Required:

CA(SA)
5 years post articles experience
Experience in financial management at a management level at minimum
Shared service experience is advantageous
Experience working on financial ERP systems
The ability to work on Power BI dashboards is non-negotiable
