The incumbent needs to have advanced accounting skills as well as being knowledgeable in capital structure. The candidate will also be responsible for analysing everyday financial activities and subsequently provide advice and guiding upper management on future plans and accomplishments. This operational role offers an incredible and effective opportunity for professional growth and an opportunity to excel in your skills in a creative, cultured environment.

Education:

Qualified CA(SA) essential
SAICA registered
MBA / management qualification is beneficial
5 years management experience
Automotive / Retail experience
High level computer proficiency and Microsoft Office Suite

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives.
Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.
Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.
Proficient user of finance software.
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
