Job & Company Description:
Our client, with over two decades in the business, specializes in residential developing and investing. They have property spaces within student accommodation and facilities management that accommodate a large number of clients.

Our client is currently recruiting for a Finance Manager to join the team. The role reports to the Chief Financial Officer.

The duties of this role include monthly reporting on performance of properties in the fund, coordinating and completing the audit files. Preparing budgets and forecast for companies and properties. Ensuring insurance policies are up to date.

Education:

BCom Honours
CA(SA) is advantageous

Job Experience & Skills Required:

3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
MDA experience
CaseWare experience is advantageous
Property management experience
