POSITION INFO:
A fast-growing, multi-national client who is in an exciting growth phase, is seeking a commercially minded finance manager to strengthen financial operations, support strategic growth, and optimise scalable systems. This employer of choice in their field, with a multi-national footprint are looking for your financial management experience in a multi-jurisdictional group finance environment to add to their already strong finance team. Opportunity to contribute to a scaling business expanding into new markets Work closely with senior leadership including CFO, Global Finance Manager, and Global Tax Manager Be part of a collaborative finance team focused on innovation and cloud-based systems Balance strategic influence with hands-on operational execution Play a key role in building efficient, scalable finance processes What you will be doing: Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and support decision-making Deliver financial analysis, forecasting, and scenario planning Prepare monthly management accounts including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow Ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial records across multiple entities Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis Support international expansion through financial planning and oversight Oversee accounts payable or receivable, including invoicing, collections, and cash flow Ensure tax compliance and liaise with external advisors and regulatory bodies Coordinate audits and maintain strong governance and internal controls Manage company secretarial responsibilities and statutory compliance Drive finance system improvements, process optimisation, and technology adoption Lead and develop a small finance team, fostering accountability and high performance What we are looking for: Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Accounting with a preference to CA(SA) qualified or similar 5-10 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, including financial management level Experience working with auditors and tax authorities, group finance experience with multi-jurisdictional exposure Strong knowledge of Sage products and advanced Excel skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels Excellent communication skills, fluent in Afrikaans and English essential Benefits and unique aspects: Exposure to international markets and multi-entity finance operations Opportunity to shape finance processes in a growing business Close collaboration with senior leadership Leadership opportunity with direct team management responsibility Hands-on involvement with modern finance systems and tools including Sage Intacct and FloQast Please note if you haven't heard back from us within two weeks of submitting your application, unfortunately your application has not been successful this time.
