POSITION INFO:
A well-established financial services environment is looking for a Finance Manager with strong banking and management reporting experience to take ownership of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare monthly management reports and divisional reporting packs.
Finalise trial balances and financial performance reporting.
Coordinate and manage the monthly management accounts and month-end process.
Analyse financial variances and key business drivers.
Lead the annual budgeting and 5-year forecasting process across divisions.
Consolidate and present financial information to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Liaise with finance, treasury, risk teams, and auditors.
Review and oversee the work of a junior finance team member.

Requirements:

3+ years’ experience in banking or financial services.
Strong experience in management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Experience coordinating financial month-end processes.
Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical ability.
Strong attention to detail and stakeholder communication skills.

Advantageous:
CA(SA), IFRS9 exposure, and Pastel Evolution experience.
