A leading manufacturer is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Manager (CA(SA)) with experience in the manufacturing sector. Duties:
- Oversee the smooth running of the Finance Department.
- Support the Group Finance Manager and factory leadership as needed.
- Manage the finance team.
- Facilitate and manage internal and external audits.
- Conduct costing runs and share results with factory managers.
- Prepare and review management accounts monthly.
- Manage monthly journals, reconciliations, and planning processes.
- Oversee stock counts, including pre- and post-stock count reconciliations.
- Consolidate final budgets for board approval.
- Lead the preparation of year-end files and Annual Financial Statements.
- Assist in consolidating group accounts.
Job Experience & Skills Required: Qualifications: - Matric (Grade 12)
- BCom Accounting
- BCom Honours / CTA
- CA(SA)
Experience: - Completed SAICA Articles
- 5 years’ post-articles experience in a financial manager role
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
- SAP experience is advantageous.
- Own transport is required.
- This is an in-office role; travel to manufacturing sites in Vereeniging, Hammanskraal, and Krugersdorp will be required.
