SUMMARY:
We’re looking for a hands-on Financial Manager (CA) to take ownership of our client’s financial operations and reporting. This role suits a commercially minded Chartered Accountant with solid management experience.
You’ll play a key role in financial planning, analysis, compliance, and supporting business growth in a fast-moving environment.
POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Oversee cash flow, liquidity, and working capital
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and internal controls
- Manage and improve financial processes and SOPs
- Oversee financial systems (SAGE/Xero & CreditEase advantageous)
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team
- Liaise with auditors, lenders, and key stakeholders
- Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies
Requirements:- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- 2–3 years post-articles experience
- Previous finance management or team leadership experience
- Strong financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis skills
- Advanced Excel skills (financial models, pivot tables, dashboards)
- Experience with SAGE/Xero (CreditEase highly advantageous)
- Strong attention to detail with a strategic, business-focused mindset
