Leading Property company based in Johannesburg North is recruiting for a Financial Manager to join their team - Applicants must be SAICA registered Chartered Accountants CA(SA) only (EE/AA)

POSITION INFO:

Job & Company Description:

Our client operates within the Property sector and they are recruiting for a Financial Manager to take responsibility for the full finance function within their highly driven team. This role will be at MANCO level and will have direct staff reports. The successful incumbent must be a qualified Chartered Accountant CA(SA) and must have management experience (EE/AA)

Duties include but not limited to:

Financial Reporting
Annual Financial Statements
Management Accounts
Budgets & Forecasts
Cashflow Management
Variance Analysis
IFRS Compliance
VAT & Tax
Audit Packs
Staff Management

Education:

Only a SAICA registered Chartered Accountant CA(SA) with 2-3 years'' post article experience within the commercial sector will be considered for this role.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Preference will be given to individuals with Property industry experience.
Must currently be in a Financial Manager or similar role with direct staff reporting into you.
Experience presenting in management meetings preferred.
Oracle experience highly advantageous.
