SUMMARY:
Start January 2022! Report directly to the CFO of this medium-sized Construction / Manufacturing / Mining concern situated in the West Rand. Position would ideally suit an EE male.

POSITION INFO:
Position requires a candidate with a completed B.Com (Accounting / Financial Management), plus completed Articles and 4-5 years Financial Management experience within a similar industry (essential). Manage staff in the Finance Department (10) and be responsible for budget preparation, audit functions, financial forecasts, analyze and report variances, ensure optimal cashflows, ensure optimal sundry business transactions, payroll / HR, statutory requirements, prepare weekly / monthly reports for Management accounts / creditors / debtors / cashflow / sales and GL; review branch P&L reports; review costing of aggregate and readymix division stock reports; review and authorize all new account customers; review and authorize all credit notes to ensure reasonability and compliance to company policies; review and maintenance of all B/S accounts ensuring all queries are followed up; debtors month-end summary with trend analysis and reviewing creditors; following up on and providing feedback to GM''s. Advanced Excel and Accpac highly advantageous.
