POSITION INFO:

Financial Manager (EE/AA) - Isando, Johannesburg - R1 Mil - R1.2 Mil per annum CTC

Qualifications & Requirements:

• BCom (Hons) in Accounting or Financial Management
• CA(SA) Preferable
• 5 years’ experience in a senior management role in the same or similar industry
• 8 years’ experience in Financial Management
• Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction Sectors or similar industries   

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Finance and Administration Department within the B&E Business Unit
• Provide financial input and support to Business Unit General Manager
• Ensure accurate and timeous reporting of monthly, as well as annual, financial results
• Develop, review and implement financial policies, systems, procedures and internal controls throughout the Business Unit
• Accurately forecast orders, sales, costs and cash resources on a regular basis
• Drive the annual budgeting process within the Business Unit to produce a realistic and accurate annual budget
• Safeguarding and control over company assets in accordance with Company policies and good accounting principles
• Identify and report on contractual risks through regular participation in contractual reviews
• Administration of legal matters with the assistance of the Divisional Financial Executive
• Continuous development of the Finance and Administration personnel
