A leading organisation is seeking a Financial Manager – FP&A to drive financial planning, analysis, reporting, forecasting, and governance activities. This role offers the opportunity to partner with key stakeholders, provide strategic financial insights, and contribute directly to business performance and growth.
POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Develop, review, and maintain commercial costing models and profitability analyses. Drive the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes. Prepare and analyse management reports, providing meaningful insights to support strategic decision-making. Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requirements, including group consolidations. Prepare and coordinate annual financial statements in line with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Ensure accurate and timely submission of all tax returns and compliance obligations. Manage B-BBEE reporting, monitoring, and verification processes. Coordinate internal and external audit engagements and ensure timely resolution of audit findings. Ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements, finance policies, procedures, and controls. Contribute to process improvements and participate in ad hoc financial projects. Minimum Requirements Qualified CA(SA) . Minimum 1 year post-articles\/post-qualification experience . Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A principles. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Key Competencies Strong commercial and business acumen. Exceptional attention to detail.
